Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition

As a Certified Health Coach, I help others implement solutions and strategies for a healthy lifestyle, innovative activities and ideas that motivate adults and kids to stay active, easy label reading techniques, information on which ingredients affect energy levels, behavior and concentration, and much more. The coaching is based on the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition, developed by the world renowned author and pediatrician William Sears, MD.
We are offering 3 types of coaching that matches the life stage you are in. The L.E.A.N. Start and L.E.A.N. Essentials are geared towards families, and include valuable resources for parents and children ages 3 to 12. Prime Time Health is perfect for adults and seniors who are interested in preventing disease and unhealthy aging. Below is a more detailed description of each program:

L.E.A.N. Start Program

The L.E.A.N. Start Program is a comprehensive 6 hour prevention plan delivered in 6 weeks or 3 weeks. The coaching sessions are designed for families with school-aged children, and offer interactive, fun, and educational tools to:​
  • Adopt and maintain healthy habits for the entire family
  • Prepare healthy meals that tastes great
  • Use proper nutrition to improve the mood, learning and behavior of children 
  • Learn how to shop for quality, affordable foods
  • Teach how to prevent obesity, ADHD and allergies
  • Offer ways and solutions to get your family physically active

L.E.A.N. Essentials Program

The L.E.A.N. Essential Program is a one time 2 hour class, designed for parents who are not able to commit to a 6 week nutrition course. The coaching class is a fast paced introduction to wellness and is based on the L.E.A.N. Start Program.
L.E.A.N. Essentials covers eight key nutrition and exercise topics including:
  • How to chose nutrient dense foods
  • What fats are bad versus what fats are good for you
  • How to make a brainy breakfast
  • How much protein your body needs
  • What activities get your whole family moving
  • How to identify labeling loopholes
  • What ingredients to avoid
Prime Time Health Program
The Prime Time Health is a scientifically proven plan for living longer and feeling younger, and is offered as independent classes or private coaching sessions. This program is great for individuals who are in the prevent-mind set, and is designed to help participants:
  • Help their immune system to function best
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Get fit and improve flexibility
  • Reduce the "highs" - high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol
  • Learn how the body changes during prime time
