This fitness venture was born out of my love for fitness and desire to help others! Exercise has been my hobby for as long as I remember! Training others and helping them achieve their fitness goals brings me much joy and excitement!
I have been teaching TRX and Spinning/Cycling classes for Pedal Spin Studio. I provide strength training for clients one-on-one or in small groups. Currently, I am preparing a Burn It With Miha Boot Camp.
When I'm not teaching or training others, I am reading research related to health and exercise or spending time with my family outdoors.
